Over 100 verified places without Wi-Fi and screens across Poland. Our priority is to provide locations less than an hour's drive from anywhere in Poland. Guests are encouraged to hand over their electronic devices before check-in.

Door-to-door transport

Pickup, travel, and safe return — everything organized. The employee doesn't have to plan anything - when overwhelmed with responsibilities, organizing a trip is the last thing they want to do.

      Yes. In the portal, you can choose a solo stay, group stay (with the team), or with a family member (with employee surcharge).

    • Is OFFDIGITAL a medical or therapeutic service?

      No. OFFDIGITAL does not provide medical or therapeutic services. The program is preventive and regenerative in nature.

    • What if an employee needs psychologist support?

      OFFDIGITAL offers access to psychologist support within a clearly defined scope. It's not therapy, but preventive support in situations requiring consultation.

    • What if an employee needs to urgently contact work or family?

      During the stay, participants receive an emergency phone (dumbphone) enabling contact in urgent situations.

    • What data does HR receive?

      HR receives an aggregate program usage report and aggregated qualitative insights. OFFDIGITAL does not share sensitive data or information that could identify individual participants.

    • How do you measure program effectiveness?

      We measure, among others, subjective digital overload (before/after), readiness to return to work, and qualitative participant feedback. The system can also anonymously signal elevated overload levels in the organization.

    • Is the number of trips limited?

      Yes. The organization defines the pool of available slots or OFFDIGITAL days in a given period. The system manages availability and queues to keep scale predictable in terms of cost and operations.

    • What if many employees want to use it at the same time?

      Access is controlled through pools, limits, and queues. OFFDIGITAL is designed to prevent program overload and unpredictable costs.

    • Does OFFDIGITAL work for remote and distributed teams?

      Yes. Locations are geographically distributed, and door-to-door transport enables participation regardless of the employee's work location.

    • Does the employee have to take time off for the stay?

      It depends on the organization's policy. OFFDIGITAL can function both within vacation days and as a separate regenerative benefit — arranged individually with the company.

    • What does OFFDIGITAL implementation look like in an organization?

      Implementation includes benefit pool configuration, user onboarding, and brief communication support. OFFDIGITAL supports the organization at this stage. HR doesn't have to manage trip logistics.

    • Who manages the program on the company side?

      One contact person is enough. HR doesn't coordinate stays or handle program operations.

    • Does OFFDIGITAL require changes in organizational culture?

      No. OFFDIGITAL was designed to work without implementing new processes and without burdening HR with additional responsibilities.

Organization portal and employee portal

OFFDIGITAL consists of two complementary layers: an admin portal for the organization and an employee portal. The admin portal enables benefit pool management, user onboarding, and program usage analysis. The employee portal allows quick selection of available stay options — solo or group, with the option to add a family member for an extra fee. Personalization applies only to basic stay preferences, not its organization or program structure. The system's intention is to reduce the number of decisions, not increase it.

Safety and support

OFFDIGITAL is not a therapeutic or diagnostic tool and operates in a preventive and regenerative model. Participants have access to psychologist support in a clearly defined, consultative scope that does not replace treatment or medical intervention. Everything operates based on transparent consents, clearly described safety procedures, and full operational responsibility on OFFDIGITAL's side, so the organization is not burdened with additional risks or operational obligations.

What we report to the organization

OFFDIGITAL reports focus on benefit usefulness and organizational signals, not on evaluating individuals. They include program usage level, subjective digital overload before and after the stay, readiness to return to work, and qualitative participant feedback. The system can also signal trends and patterns of elevated overload at the organization or team level, while maintaining full user anonymity. OFFDIGITAL does not report medical data or individual mental health assessments.
