Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about OFFDIGITAL — for HR and employees.
General Questions
Which surveys are available in OFFDIGITAL?
OFFDIGITAL offers validated clinical surveys: CBI (Copenhagen Burnout Inventory — burnout across 3 dimensions), PERMA (5 pillars of wellbeing), WHO-5 (mental wellbeing), and eNPS (employee loyalty). You can also create custom surveys tailored to your organization.
How does anonymity work in OFFDIGITAL?
Each organization has a k-anonymity threshold (default k ≥ 5). If a group has fewer than 5 responses, the system does not show results — neither on the dashboard nor in alerts. Individual survey responses are not available to anyone, including admins — everyone only sees averages and distributions. Anonymous feedback uses a separate flag, and the sender's identity is never fetched or displayed.
How quickly can results appear?
Results appear on the dashboard as soon as at least 5 people in a group complete the survey. The 5-response threshold protects the anonymity of individuals.
Questions for HR
What data do you store and where?
All data is stored on servers in the European Union in an isolated database instance for each organization separately. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
Does the free plan have feature limitations?
No. The Pulse plan includes the full set of surveys (CBI, PERMA, WHO-5, eNPS), custom surveys, anonymous feedback with AI, alerts, and the dashboard. The only limit is 20 users. No time limit.
Are results comparable with other companies?
CBI, PERMA, and WHO-5 are standardized instruments with population norms. In the Company plan, we offer industry benchmarks that let you compare your results with the market.
Who should manage the system in the company?
HR, People Ops, or a team leader directly. Administration is minimal — mainly inviting new people and reviewing results.
Won't employees be afraid to answer honestly?
The k-anonymity threshold means results are never shown for groups below 5 people. Individual responses are not available even to admins. Anonymous feedback never reveals the sender's identity. That fundamentally changes how honestly people respond.
Is OFFDIGITAL a medical service?
No. OFFDIGITAL is a measurement and analytics tool. CBI, PERMA, and WHO-5 are used in scientific research, but the measurement itself is not a medical diagnosis. For high scores, we recommend consulting a professional.
Questions for Employees
Can HR see individual responses?
No. There is no endpoint in the system that returns a single person's answers. Everyone — admins, HR, leaders — sees only aggregated results (averages, percentages, eNPS distributions) for groups that meet the k-anonymity threshold (min. 5 people).
How often should the survey be run?
We recommend once a month (at minimum once per quarter). Regular measurement helps you spot trends and detect early burnout signals.
What does implementation look like?
Setup takes 2 minutes. You invite employees with a link. First results arrive the same day. No IT integration and no server configuration.
Does OFFDIGITAL work for remote teams?
Yes. The survey is available online, and the dashboard works from anywhere. Employees can complete the survey on phone or computer.
Pricing Questions
What if I have more than 20 people?
The Team plan supports 21–500 users at €2 per person per month. It includes everything in Pulse plus dedicated onboarding and priority support.
Does OFFDIGITAL integrate with our HR systems?
In the Company plan, we offer integrations via API. In Pulse and Team, the system works independently — you only need to invite employees with a link.
For which organizations does OFFDIGITAL make the most sense?
For technology teams, software houses, startups, and knowledge-based organizations where work is highly digital and cognitively demanding.
Safety Questions
How is OFFDIGITAL different from employee engagement platforms?
Engagement platforms measure a general indicator that usually drops only when the problem is already advanced. OFFDIGITAL combines validated clinical surveys (CBI, PERMA, WHO-5), anonymous feedback with AI analysis, and early warning alerts — so you measure wellbeing directly, not indirectly.
How long does it take to complete a survey?
From 2 to 5 minutes, depending on the survey. CBI has 19 questions (about 2 min), and PERMA and WHO-5 are similarly short. It can be completed on phone or computer.
